Tonia Mann & Associates is a broad team of real estate experts dealing in all aspects of real estate sales. Based in Duluth (Atlanta) Georgia, our Commercial division is a national sales team that specializes in identifying and marketing attractive, investment quality properties in single family, multi family and commercial real estate, as well as large projects representing premium land and lots.
INVESTOR DATABASE: In the process of developing this business, we have also developed a huge, database of real estate investors that are actively seeking the next strong investment project. These investors range from single unit purchasers, large investment clubs and 1031 exchanges, to large portfolio buyers with investment monies running into the hundreds of millions. PROJECT/CLIENT MATCHING: Once our national sales team has identified an attractive investment and established our relationship with the developers, we then target the optimum marketing approach. As we develop our marketing approach, we also evaluate the investors in our database to determine potential matches early in the project conceptualization. Often we can make early matches to our projects that literally put the foundation of buyers in place to launch the project. One such match recently resulted in over seventy contracts written in two days for a project in the predevelopment stages. Our investors have come to trust our buyer services and seek us out for our projects on the horizon. |
